Data centers are moving in across Indiana and which will no doubt drive up utility bills! And many communities are getting no say in any of it. The deals get cut in back rooms. The tax breaks go to corporations. The costs get passed to families.

Sara supports requiring public hearings and local approval before major projects move forward, protecting  farmland and  tying tax incentives to real jobs and infrastructure commitments, and blocking projects that strain water resources or drive up rates.

Sara welcomes economic development.  But not backroom deals that benefit corporations at the community’s expense!
