It is my honor to have been encouraged to run for the seat by Representative Sue Errington, who is retiring at the end of her term.

Over the past two years on the Muncie City Council, I have championed accountability, transparency and fairness. I view every vote through the lens of Muncie’s citizens’ best interests and I will continue to serve the residents of Muncie faithfully throughout this campaign. Integrity matters to me, and that will not change.

My experience in local government provides a unique perspective on how state-level decisions impact our everyday lives. I’m committed to advocating for the issues that hit closest to home here in District 34: housing affordability, fair wages, accessible healthcare, and strong public schools. I believe District 34 requires a representative who understands both the challenges facing us as well as our immense potential.

I will continue to advocate for and respond to my constituents’ needs. And, I will go to the Statehouse and remind the state’s decision-makers that their votes affect real people with real needs, who deserve real affordability.
