Immigrants work on our farms, in our factories, hospitals, and restaurants. They pay taxes, raise families, and strengthen our communities, all the while living with the constant fear of raids and separation. That’s no way to treat neighbors who are holding up essential parts of our economy.

Sara supports opposing state immigration enforcement that distracts from real crime. Welcoming communities are stronger communities. District 34 is better when everyone who contributes can do so without fear. Sara will  fight to make sure immigrant neighbors can live and work here with the security they’ve earned.
